Manage Your Nav Account
One of the great things about Nav is that we have a free account and so there is no cost to keep your account open. This is helpful for seasonal businesses or businesses looking to cut costs while evaluating their subscriptions.
Keep your Nav account open for free and keep access to:
- Detailed business and personal credit data through Nav to stay in the know on what lenders, creditors, and business partners see on your business
- The most objective and relevant financing options based upon your business data and ability to know what you can qualify for before you apply
- Cash flow insights to know where you stand and inform decisions for your business

Cancel Your Nav Subscription
You can manage your subscription, including canceling your subscription, from our mobile application and from our web application.

Steps to cancel your subscription:
- Go to Account Settings on your online Nav Account
- Select Nav Prime Details and Billing
- Click Cancel Nav Prime
- Continue through the process to cancel
Mobile Application
Steps to cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings in the mobile application
- Tap on Nav Prime Details and Billing
- Tap Cancel Nav Prime
- Continue through the process to cancel
Deactivate Your Nav Account
Deactivating your account will effectively close the account while leaving your information intact in the event that you choose to return to Nav at some point in the future. Your account will automatically reactivate when you log into your Nav account.

Steps to deactivate your account:
- Go to Account Settings in your online Nav Account
- Go to Nav Account Details
- Click Cancel account in the Deactivate Account section
- Click Remove My Access to Nav
Mobile Application
Steps to deactivate your account:
- Go to Settings in the mobile application
- Tap Deactivate Account from the Manage Account section
- Tap Yes
- Tap Remove My Access to Nav
Delete Your Nav Account
There is no cost to keep your Nav account open on the free plan. However, if you still wish to continue and delete your account, you will need to submit the form below.
Mobile Application
We will not disclose social security numbers, driver’s license numbers or government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, account passwords or security questions and answers, or any specific pieces of information if the disclosure presents the possibility of unauthorized access that could result in identity theft or fraud or unreasonable risk to data or systems and network security.
Steps to delete account:
- Go to Settings in the mobile application
- Tap Delete Account
- Tap Yes
- Send the email from your phone

Verification is required to ensure the protection of personal information. If you are a Nav customer, enter your email address that your account is under. You may be required to provide proof of identity before any requests are fulfilled. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable laws.
