California Privacy Rights and Requests

You may read more about information regarding your privacy rights under the CCPA here. California residents, you may use this form to exercise your rights under the CCPA.  We will respond to your rights requests consistent with applicable law.

Right to Opt-Out of Sharing 

You have the right to opt-out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.   To opt-out, you may do any of the following: 

• Cookie Banner: Make a selection on our website cookie banner by clicking either the “Allow all” button to allow all cookies, or the “Only necessary” button to only allow necessary cookies. If at any time, you wish to change your preference, you may click on the purple icon in the bottom left corner of the webpage to change your cookie settings on Nav’s website. 
• “Do Not Share My Personal Information” link: Use the link in our website footer to submit an opt-out.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt-out of sharing for that browser, without you needing to do anything else.
